We mobilize churches and communities to cultivate sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene programs, and an ongoing witness to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Time and time again we have seen these lasting benefits pave the way for people to flourish—through good health, improved education, stable livelihoods, and thriving relationships.
More than 25 years ago, we saw the reality of the water crisis for the first time, and we’ve been inspired to serve the thirsty in Jesus’ name ever since. Through God’s provision, we’ve completed over 20,000 water projects serving roughly 5 million people, funded mostly by generous individual supporters just like you!

When water systems break down, people are forced to go back to hauling water from contaminated sources. Living Water helps communities restore existing wells that have fallen into disrepair. This is often the most inexpensive per-capita intervention there is.
Recognizing that the physical and spiritual are always intertwined, we strive to faithfully demonstrate and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ as we serve alongside church and community members. We build relationships, ask questions, listen, and tell stories in return. In each community, it is our hope to see local churches equipped and motivated to carry on this integral ministry long after we are gone.
