Aleisha Elliott has served as Director of MEL at Living Water since 2023, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in global public health, community development, and WASH. She holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Epidemiology and serves as principal investigator for the Ripple Effects Impact Study. Aleisha speaks on how WASH programs shape community flourishing, using data to tell stories of physical, social, and spiritual transformation.

Brian brings more than 30 years of ministry experience, including 12 years as a pastor and two decades with Cru in leadership roles across the United States and Eastern Europe. He is passionate about helping churches connect their faith with practical action, equipping congregations to engage in global mission and lasting community impact.

Jonathan Wiles
Bio
Jonathan Wiles has served Living Water International for more than 20 years, from storyteller to strategist to Chief Executive Officer. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership and an MA in International Development, Jonathan brings a unique perspective on global development, organizational leadership, and the role of the Church in addressing the world’s water crisis with excellence, innovation, and the love of Jesus.
Mike Mantel

Dr. Michael J. Mantel has served as President of Living Water International since 2008, leading the organization in mobilizing churches around the world to bring safe water and the hope of the gospel to communities in need. With more than 30 years of experience serving the global Church, Mike speaks on faith, leadership, and God’s work through local churches to bring lasting physical and spiritual transformation.

Ana is a Honduran development professional with more than 20 years of experience working with international organizations in strategic planning, program development, and partnerships. With a background spanning communications, global development, and project management, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to creating sustainable impact. Ana speaks on global development, strategic partnerships, and how collaboration can help communities create lasting change.
Lilian Mabonga, PhD
Bio
Lilian is a global development leader with more than 18 years of experience leading transformational programs across Africa, India, Latin America, and the United States. She provides strategic oversight for Living Water’s programs across 15 countries, bringing deep expertise in organizational leadership, partnerships, and sustainable development. Lilian speaks on transformational leadership, navigating complexity, and turning vision into lasting, locally driven impact.
Lindani Dube
Bio
Lindani brings more than 32 years of experience as a pastor, teacher, and church leader in Zimbabwe. Formerly General Secretary of the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe, he now serves with Living Water International, helping churches engage in holistic mission through biblical teaching, WASH, and collaborative partnerships. Lindani speaks on faith, church leadership, and the role of the local Church in bringing lasting transformation to communities.
Sadoc Aguilar
Bio
Born and raised in Honduras, Sadoc brings more than 20 years of experience serving with Christian organizations across Latin America. As Living Water’s Country Director in Honduras, he leads efforts to help communities experience lasting physical and spiritual transformation through safe water, sanitation, hygiene, and the hope of the gospel. Sadoc speaks on faith, holistic mission, community development, and the power of locally led solutions to help communities thrive.
