FLOURISH
Mobilizing Churches and Communities for WASH-Focused Transformation
Flourish is a dynamic way of helping churches engage communities in effective water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs as an expression of the integral mission of the Church. Its goal is to see churches, communities, households, and individuals flourish — living up to their God-given potential. Below you can find the latest versions of the Manual and Facilitator’s Guides, along with other resources. The Program Manual, which you can download below, is intended for those who will take overall responsibility for starting and managing the work of WASH-focused church mobilization. A second guide, the Flourish Facilitator’s Guide, was written for those who work with individual churches and communities.
Theological Foundations
Flourish is build around three foundational elements: a biblically grounded Christian faith, a commitment to the integral mission modeled by Jesus, and a vision of the Church as God’s primary agent of transformation in the world.
